Step by Step to Do the Reversible individual handle with Ruffles
- Mark the center of the pattern. If the fabric has a stamping, it marks its center with a pin. Cut one piece of the printed fabric, one of the smooth fabric and the other of the interfabric. Ideally, the interplay must be bigger than the fabric.
